Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to join our municipal water/wastewater team in Phoenix, AZ. You will work on control system solutions, SCADA architectures, and instrumented network designs for facilities across water and wastewater projects.

The role requires collaboration with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers, field construction support, and occasional travel within the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 0-5+ years of I&C, Automation, and SCADA system design and implementation experience in the water/wastewater field.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or controls engineering or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design control system solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop design criteria, SCADA architectures, communication systems and network designs.
• Prepare P&IDs, SCADA network diagrams, process control descriptions, specifications, and control schematics.
