Job summary

Stratolaunch seeks a Program Director to lead complex, multi-disciplinary aerospace programs from design to flight test. You will drive strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and effective execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The role requires strong risk management, executive communication, and a proven track record delivering high-budget programs while advancing organizational goals at Stratolaunch.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in technical and/or program management.
• At least 5 years in senior/principal leadership in aerospace/defense/high-technology.
• Experience managing programs with budgets >$100M.
• Ability to obtain TS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program initiatives and present in executive forums.
• Oversee multiple programs for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Define long-term program strategies and growth opportunities.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance, including classified programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop talent pipelines.
