Job summary

Stratolaunch Huntsville seeks a Director-level Program Manager to lead the development of advanced flight systems and a missile subsystem. You will oversee a cross-functional team spanning engineering, manufacturing, and ground/flight testing, driving schedule, budget, and technical outcomes.

This role requires extensive aerospace program management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to make tough decisions in a complex environment, with domestic and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior- or principal-level leadership roles within aerospace/defense or high-tech sectors.
• Proven track record managing large, multidisciplinary programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Stratolaunch as the single point of contact to the prime organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and testing to develop a missile system.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
