Job summary

Stratolaunch, LLC is seeking a Program Manager – Launch Platforms in Mojave, CA to lead the full portfolio of launch platform activities, including aircraft integration, maintenance, and mission-readiness for hypersonic test campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in aerospace flight-test or aircraft operations, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to drive cadence, reliability, and cost reduction across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of aerospace program management experience.
• Experience with certified/experimental heavy aircraft.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in high tempo environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft launch platform operations and integration.
• Develop an integrated launch-platform roadmap for maturity and cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure flight-test readiness.
• Manage cost, schedule, and contractual performance for launch platforms.
• Support customer reviews and executive program reviews.
