Job summary

Stratolaunch seeks a Program Manager to deliver reliable launch platform projects and flight-ready aircraft capabilities to customers. You will own cost, schedule, and technical integration across service-center activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks to meet test objectives.

The role requires experience in launch platform operations, ability to work on tight deadlines, and willingness to travel for global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with certified and experimental heavy aircraft.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, testers, and customers to deliver flight-ready aircraft.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or higher with 8+ years relevant program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and integration of all launch platform service-center projects, on-schedule and on-budget.
• Own launch platform risks and drive issues to closure with timely actions.
• Lead the service-center integration of aircraft modification and maintenance projects.
• Develop schedules and resource plans to complete launch platform execution.
• Track costs and ensure budgets are met; analyze variances.
