Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary aerospace programs from design through flight test. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing cost and schedule, and maintaining high-level customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years in program management within aerospace/defense, a strong sense of urgency, and proven success in high-budget programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical/program management, with 5+ years in senior/principal leadership in aerospace/defense/high tech.
• Ability to make tough decisions in a fast, technical environment.
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary programs with budgets over $100M.
• Proven track record leading subcontractors and complex produciton efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program initiatives and present information in executive forums and customer engagements.
• Oversight of multiple concurrent programs, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of PM processes, tools, and best practices; manage forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
• Develop long term program strategies with leadership and grow business through new proposals and partnerships.
