Job summary

Stratolaunch seeks a Program Manager to deliver reliable launch platform projects and flight-ready aircraft capability for customers. You will manage schedule, cost, and technical objectives for all launch platform service-center work, coordinating across finance, operations, and engineering.

Ideal candidates have a strong operational background in flight test, with experience modifying and integrating new technologies on launch platforms. Travel and onsite Mojave, CA work are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with certified and experimental heavy aircraft.
• Lead engineers, technicians, testers, and customers to deliver flight-ready aircraft.
• Develop schedules and manage teams to achieve challenging test goals.
• Experience with program financial analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and integration of all launch platform service-center projects on-schedule and on-budget.
• Own launch platform risks and drive issues to closure with timely actions.
• Develop schedules and resource plans for all launch platform activities.
• Track costs and analyze variances to meet budgets over time.
• Travel as required to support launch platform execution.
