Job summary
Ericsson in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth with hyperscaler and regional accounts by delivering Managed Services solutions across data centers, edge sites and POPs. You will work with leadership, solution architects, product management and global ops to shape technology roadmaps and position Ericsson's portfolio.
The role requires about 20% domestic/international travel and collaboration across engineering, supply chain and product teams to meet targets and deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of ICT sales experience with end-to-end or solution sales.
- Domain knowledge in Managed Services, Supply Chain/Sourcing for IT and Telecom Infrastructure, Cloud, BSS, or OSS.
- Consultative selling skills with Hyperscaler business models and network/compute infrastructure.
- Experience with Hyperscaler customers, market insight and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales engagement lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage an opportunity pipeline using disciplined forecasting and account planning.
- Partner with technical teams to design tailored, high-value solutions for customers.
- Develop multi-year account strategies and maintain strong customer relationships for delivery outcomes.
