Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects across the Americas, owning end-to-end delivery including installation, remediation, rack-and-stack, and decommissioning.

You will partner with directors to forecast demand, manage budgets, and deliver on SLAs, while building strong customer relationships and executive-level updates. The role requires 13+ years in data center tech, program management, and operations, with a focus on automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 13 years of progressive experience in data center technologies, service delivery, operations management, and large-scale deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for hyperscale data center projects, ensuring SLAs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Forecast demand, onboard new programs, and drive operational performance, cost reduction, and efficiency.
• Serve as a customer-facing leader, building relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams while improving the customer experience.
• Develop and present executive updates and business reviews using data-driven insights and performance analytics.
• Resolve escalated operational and service issues, ensuring timely communication and risk mitigation.
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, metrics, and governance processes to drive delivery excellence.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect service continuity.
• Champion process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions and best practices.
• Lead and inspire matrixed teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
