Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for HWEng Accelerator Systems to own end-to-end NPI delivery for storage server systems and accelerators, ensuring fleet health and high server availability for AWS customers.

You will monitor fleet performance, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive reliable hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience in identifying security issues and developing mitigation plans.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical programs from inception to production.
• Experience with fleet management and availability metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across organizations.
• Ability to develop tactical solutions and long-term strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of NPIs for storage server systems or accelerators from concept to production deployment
• Drive ODM/vendors to deliver complex technology on a timely basis
• Track and report on overall fleet health across server systems, identifying trends and potential risks
• Develop and implement solutions for short, medium, and long‑term fleet health improvements
• Coordinate across various teams to drive progress toward availability and reliability goals
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to prevent customer‑impacting incidents through proactive fleet management
• Drive continuous improvement in server availability metrics and customer experience
• Manage complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and technical teams
