Job summary

Fluidstack is expanding its Product Engineering NPI team to drive hardware compute projects from design to production. You will lead the NPI TPM function, defining gates, readiness criteria, ECO discipline, and cross-functional collaboration across rack-level compute and MV power equipment.

You will oversee multiple product lines, drive schedule and risk visibility, and partner with manufacturing to ensure smooth transfers to production at scale.

Qualifications

Experience leading NPI or program management for hardware OEM/ODM
Proven ability to build and own stage-gate processes with clear gates and ECO discipline
Demonstrated leadership of TPM or NPI teams across multiple product lines
Experience delivering portfolio visibility and risk reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

Build the NPI process from scratch: gate definitions, readiness criteria, and ECO discipline across products from racks to MV switchgear
Lead and develop the NPI TPM team, allocating resources across product families
Own portfolio-level program visibility with rigorous status and risk reporting to leadership
Set transfer-to-manufacturing standards with manufacturing engineering and define exit criteria
Maintain clear ownership and decision rights between TPMs and engineering leads
