Job summary

NetApp’s Cloud Storage Services TPMO seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end hardware capacity planning, forecasting, and lifecycle programs across regions, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to turn demand signals into executable plans.

You’ll lead cross-functional execution, manage governance cadences, decommissioning, and capacity improvements while aligning with NetApp’s values in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management and infrastructure planning experience.
• 3+ years leading hardware capacity planning, supply planning or data-center programs at scale.
• Fluent with storage hardware and cloud infrastructure economics; capacity, cost, and supply chain timing.
• Strong quantitative modeling; comfortable with BI/analytics tools and large data sets.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with cloud providers on capacity, deployment, or region-readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware capacity planning and forecasting across regions and services.
• Drive capacity governance cadence with clear owners, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Lead hardware lifecycle programs from build-out to retirement.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering on demand forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure assets and capital investments.
• Contribute to TPMO capacity-planning practices and champion NetApp values.
• Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
