Job summary

KIOXIA America, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager for its SSD marketing team to drive product awareness, design wins, and strategy for data center SSDs. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, and work with hyperscale customers to define differentiating features and roadmaps.

You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, and operations, and shape go-to-market strategies, pricing, and qualification with ecosystem partners. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in SSDs, storage, semiconductors, or related hardware technologies.
• Prior experience working with hyperscalers, cloud providers, or large-scale data center customers.
• Strong understanding of SSD architecture, NAND flash, and controller/SoC design.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and cloud-native environments (Linux, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear product strategies and features.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the SSD portfolio.
• Engage with hyperscale customers to translate needs into requirements.
• Develop MRDs and PRDs from customer inputs, workload trends, and competitive intel.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and support.
• Define go-to-market strategies for hyperscale customers and volume ramp plans.
