Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale, to provide strategic leadership for a team of Project Engineers supporting Field Project Managed orders for hyperscale data centers. The role is remote in the United States with preference to near Eaton facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service and/or project management/project engineering experience.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development to Project Engineers supporting Project Managed orders across the assigned region.
• Develop and motivate direct reports through goal setting, development plans, performance reviews and ongoing monitoring of performance.
• Serve as escalation point of contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Promote proactive technical project support through timely communications with internal partners and external customers.
• Identify process improvements and facilitate documentation and training on revised processes and procedures.
• Utilize Vista/SAP, Power BI, Bid Manager, PM Hub and other tools to manage Built-To-Order, Assembled-To-Order, and Engineered-To-Order orders.
