Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale. This role can be remote anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates near Eaton facilities.

The position leads a team of Project Engineers supporting hyperscale data center orders, balancing workloads, and ensuring efficient use of systems and processes. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service and/or project management/project engineering experience.
• Valid driver’s license; no sponsorship for immigration.
• No relocation; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development to Project Engineers supporting Project Managed orders across the assigned region.
• Serve as escalation point of contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Promote proactive technical project support with internal partners (Product lines, Field Sales, and Project Managers) and external customers.
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Project Managers to manage pricing, BOM changes and documentation packages.
• Utilize Vista/SAP, Power BI, Bid Manager, PM Hub and Microsoft Office to resolve issues on orders (Built-To-Order, ATO, ETO).
• Identify process improvements and document revised procedures.
