Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale. This role can be remote in the United States, with preference for candidates near Eaton facilities. You will lead project engineers, balance workloads, drive process improvements, and support hyperscale data center projects.

Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers, coordinating with Field Sales and Project Managers, and ensuring accurate documentation and pricing. Up to 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service and/or project management/project engineering experience
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered; candidates must reside in the United States
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development to Project Engineers supporting Project Managed orders across the assigned region.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Management and Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as escalation point for technical and commercial issues.
• Promote project management capabilities to customers, distributors, and sales.
• Utilize Vista/SAP, Power BI, Bid Manager, PM Hub and other tools to manage Built-To-Order, Assembled-To-Order, and Engineered-To-Order projects.
