Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS) is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and scheduling for large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will collaborate with project management, field teams, procurement, and accounting across North America, with about 75% travel and on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7+ years of project controls, cost controls, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities across hyperscale and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support scheduling integration, progress tracking, and performance measurement.
• Identify risks, trends, and corrective actions with project teams.
• Oversee reporting and provide analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in controls processes and tools.
