Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth for Power Management products in North America, focusing on hyperscale customers. The role requires deep data center knowledge and expertise in AC power systems, aligning offerings with market demand.

You will lead strategic technical conversations, develop tailored solutions, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to convert opportunities into orders while expanding relationships with key stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or business development roles.
• Technical knowledge of 3-phase AC Power products and applications.
• Deep market dynamics and industry knowledge.
• Experience working on large, complex RFQs.
• Experience working with Sales Offices and Account Managers.
• Salesmanship and confidence to handle stressed customer relationships.
• Strong sales presentation skills and independent work capability.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
• Maintain strategic customer partnerships through technical discussions.
• Design and propose complex, tailored technical solutions.
• Produce customer-specific presentations aligned with their strategy.
• Respond to RFPs and assist with equipment configurations and bid forms.
• Coordinate with engineering, SFA engineering, and sales teams to address barriers.
• Represent the company at customer visits and engage in account planning.
• Support technical proposals and customer-facing presentations.
• Provide technical assistance to sales staff for documentation and engagements.
• Participate in New Product Development efforts and provide industry feedback.
