Vertiv is seeking a Strategic Operations Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of global manufacturing footprint and capacity expansion initiatives, coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and readiness. This onsite role prefers St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to industrial/manufacturing engineering or supply chain is required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is ideal but not required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing context and leading large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of capacity expansion and new factory initiatives from scope definition to operational launch.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Drive project governance with stage-gate reviews, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communication across all levels.
