Everpure, Inc. in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Hyperscale Product Escalations team to diagnose complex distributed systems failures and build automation that prevents issues before they impact customer workloads.

As the technical bridge between field telemetry and core engineering, you will lead root-cause investigations, design system health automation, and collaborate with hyperscaler partners to unlock expansion opportunities while improving fleet reliability.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience in Linux systems engineering, platforms, or low-level firmware with storage technologies (SSDs, NVMe, NAND).
Mastery of debugging distributed systems using Python, Go, or C++, with the ability to build automated log analysis and telemetry tools.
Strong ability to deconstruct complex distributed failures into clear technical action plans for cross-functional teams.
In-office work in Santa Clara, with alignment to Everpure’s policies on travel/leave.

Responsibilities

Lead root-cause investigations across platform, firmware, and software layers to isolate critical failures in large-scale distributed systems.
Design and deploy automated diagnostics and health-monitoring services to reduce triage time and prevent recurring failure patterns.
Collaborate directly with hyperscaler customer teams to solve deep integration challenges and enable expansion opportunities.
Drive long-term reliability improvements by feeding escalation findings back into core product roadmaps.
