Job summary

EverPure is seeking a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer to lead architectural vision, end-to-end design, and system-level validation for next-generation storage platforms. You will bridge silicon and server-scale implementations, define roadmaps, and drive high-speed interface and power/thermal benchmarks.

The role requires leadership across internal teams and external partners, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and zero-downtime resilience in enterprise storage environments.

Qualifications

• Mastery of enterprise server and storage systems.
• Hands-on bring-up and diagnostics of high-speed hardware.
• Experience in validation infrastructure and automation.
• Rack-scale networks and interconnectivity expertise.
• Technical leadership and mentorship ability.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership and platform strategy for multi-generational hardware.
• Lead system-level design reviews with OEM/ODM/JDM partners.
• Define validation strategies and telemetry frameworks.
• Own debug, RCA and corrective action for failures.
• Champion automated test frameworks and tooling.
• Collaborate with HW/FW/SW teams to improve reliability and serviceability.
