Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• 4+ years direct people-management of technical/operations teams.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining technical staff.
• Strong workforce planning, resource allocation, and shifts management.
• Proven incident response, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a high-performing technical team with trust and inclusion.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire technicians.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and career development for engineers.
• Own workforce planning and staffing alignment with customer needs.
• Manage ramp-up/ramp-down for large projects and deliveries.
• Drive operational excellence across installation, maintenance, and inventory.
