Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Senior Hyperscale Data Center Solutions Engineer to act as the technical authority for large, build-to-suit data center projects. You will guide engineering design, CFD interpretation, and proposals for Hyperscale accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and operations.

You will own client engagements, present architecture, and ensure technically rigorous, commercially compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) in engineering or science; CS/IT/Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years direct, hands-on experience with Hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements, aligning solutions to customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in technical evaluation and ensure accuracy across submissions.
• Present Prime's solution architecture and delivery methodology to clients per procurement culture.
• Interpret CFD outputs and translate results into clear, decision-relevant narratives.
• Conduct client-facing Bluebeam markup sessions and drive real-time design alignment.
• Explain on-site power generation, capacity planning, and resiliency design to clients.
