Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Data Center Solutions Engineer in Wisconsin. You will lead technical engagements, evaluate complex build-to-suit designs, and coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Construction, and Operations to deliver rigorous, market-ready proposals.

You’ll work with CFD analyses, Power & Thermal design, and Bluebeam sessions with clients, traveling to sites as needed to ensure design alignment and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 5+ years of data center solution design or related engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct, hands-on experience with Hyperscale customers.
• Strong ability to interpret CFD analysis and communicate results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements and design data center solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in evaluating RFP/RFI requirements with accuracy.
• Present Prime’s architecture and delivery approach to clients in line with procurement culture.
• Interpret CFD outputs and translate thermal models into actionable client guidance.
• Oversee on-site power generation and resiliency discussions with clients.
