Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to oversee end-to-end delivery of data center projects from design review through handover. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of hyperscale facilities in a hybrid onsite role based in Austin, TX with some travel.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center construction or related infrastructure, strong mechanical and electrical expertise, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management experience in data center or equivalent facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with budget, schedule and risk management essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover for hyperscale data centers.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resource plans with PMO alignment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Mentor engineers and interface with clients, vendors and utilities.
