Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of structured cabling projects within a hyperscale data center program. You will own schedules, costs, change management, and customer reporting, coordinating with field teams, procurement, subcontractors, and QA/QC.

Reporting to a Senior PM, you will drive safe, high-quality installation services that meet contractual scope and milestones. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of relevant construction industry experience, including project delivery.
• OSHA 30-hour training within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and site policies with field leadership and address unsafe conditions.
• Plan and manage scope, mobilization, installation, testing, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Direct field engineers and coordinators; coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Maintain project records, change requests, risks, issues, and action items.
• Lead customer meetings and provide timely status and financial reporting.
