Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Minimum three years as a Lead Communications Technician or similar.
• Five years in telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise staff and maintain performance.
• Manage project profitability and ensure deadlines align with customer requirements.
• Handle invoicing, cost control, and project reporting to management and customers.
• Promote safety and lead training sessions; manage equipment and vehicles.
