Job summary

IES is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead medium to large projects on-site. You will recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff, ensuring all work aligns with safety, quality, and financial goals while coordinating with customers and management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

You will oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensure timely invoicing and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in processes and safety practices across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Lead Communications Technician or similar role with several years in telecom/construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise project staff and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and monitor profitability, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
