Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support data center site development and heavy civil construction. You will work with project managers, field crews, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality for hyperscale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience supporting data center or mission‑critical projects.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret technical documents.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Onsite work Monday–Friday at the Hubbard Project Site.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, specs, and civil plans to support execution and field operations.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change docs, and project records for contract compliance.
• Support quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in Procore or similar platforms.
