Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role requires coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, and utility providers to deliver safe, on-time facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in construction management, experience across all project phases, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to travel as required by project demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, commissioning teams, and client reps.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, track action items, and report status.
