Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center delivery in a hybrid work environment. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, safety, and commissioning, coordinating with owners, design teams, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget turnover.

The role requires a minimum 3 years of PM experience on large-scale projects, OSHA certification, and strong communication with executives and stakeholders. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience across preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; lead meetings and track actions.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; manage change and payments.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality; manage project controls and reporting.
