Job summary

Jacobs seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client handover. This on-site role requires coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, utility providers, and commissioning agents to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
Experience managing all project phases from preconstruction to closeout.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept through completion.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure objectives are achieved.
Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all phases.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, commissioning teams, and clients.
Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Lead change management and approve invoices and forecasts.
Ensure safety, compliance, and project closeout.
