LINX is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale builds at project sites across the country. You will own budgets, schedules, and crews, driving long-term assignments rather than generic construction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects with $1–$3 million budgets and 5+ years in a leadership role, plus proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large-scale hyperscale data center projects with budgets $1M–$3M.
• 5+ years in a construction leadership role or equivalent labor management across multiple crews.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff, define schedules, and coordinate site walkthroughs with clients.
• Own full multi-million dollar budgets, track spend, and flag variances.
• Coordinate procurement and manage vendor relationships for each site.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance of installation technicians.
• Maintain complete project documentation from kickoff to closeout.
• Deliver closeout and conduct client training.
• Manage change orders and track milestones.
