Job summary

LINX is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale builds nationwide. This is a full-time travel role (75–100%), with long-term assignments and periodic home time. You will own budgets, coordinate scheduling, procurement, and staffing across multiple sites, delivering projects from kickoff through closeout.

Expect to manage multi-year hyperscale programs, with per diem and vehicle/cell phone allowances. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 plus a team bonus pool.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects or 3+ years of general commercial construction PM with ownership of a $1–$3 million budget.
• 5+ years in a construction leadership role or equivalent labor management experience.
• Willingness to travel 75%–100% of the time to long-term project sites across the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
• Own full multi-million dollar project budget, track spend in real time and flag variances.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure equipment and materials are ordered, received, and staged.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management of technicians on each project.
• Track milestones, manage change orders, and maintain complete project documentation.
• Deliver final project closeout and client training.
