Job summary

LINX is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale builds across the United States. This is a full-time travel role with 75%–100% travel, home roughly once a month while active. Per diem, vehicle allowance, and cell phone allowance help cover travel costs.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a team bonus pool. The role offers growth into Senior Project Manager and Program Manager tracks as LINX expands its hyperscale footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managing large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects or 3+ years in general commercial construction with ownership of a $1–$3M budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs at hyperscale locations.
• Own full multi-million dollar project budget, track spend in real time, flag variances.
• Coordinate with procurement to order, receive, and stage equipment and materials for each site.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation technicians on each project.
• Track milestones and manage change orders; maintain complete project documentation from kickoff to closeout.
• Deliver final project closeout and conduct client training at project completion.
