Job summary

LINX is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale builds in Utah with growth opportunities across the country.

If you've spent the last three years managing budgets, schedules, and crews on large-scale hyperscale data center projects, and you want a role built around long-term hyperscale assignments rather than general commercial construction, this is that role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects with direct budget ownership.
• 5+ years in a construction leadership role or equivalent labor management across multiple crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders at each new hyperscale location.
• Own the full multi-million dollar project budget, including labor hours, shift costs, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure orders are placed, received, and staged before each project's start date.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation technicians on each project.
• Track project milestones and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle; maintain complete documentation.
• Deliver final project closeout and client training, carrying lessons learned to the next site.
