Job summary

LINX in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Project Manager for data center construction to lead hyperscale builds across nationwide sites. You will own project budgets, schedules, and field teams from kickoff through closeout.

The role requires 3+ years managing large-scale data center or $1–$3M budgets, 5+ years leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred: low voltage experience and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects or equivalent with direct budget ownership (1–3M).
• 5+ years of leadership in construction or equivalent labor management across multiple crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
• Own full multi-million dollar budgets, track spend in real time, and flag variances.
• Coordinate with procurement to order, receive, and stage equipment and materials.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation crews.
• Track milestones and manage change orders; maintain complete project documentation.
• Deliver final closeout and client training; capture lessons learned.
