Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead deployment of hyperscale data centers. You will oversee a team of network engineers, coordinate with partners, vendors and MSPs, ensuring timely completion of projects.

The role requires hands-on contributions in design, deployment, and troubleshooting with a focus on ownership, speed, quality and efficiency. You will mentor, coach, and develop team members while driving standards and best practices across regions and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering for large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management and change control in enterprise environments.
• Collaboration with facilities, real estate and infrastructure teams to deliver services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and regions.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and provide hands-on guidance to resolve problems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI and equipment vendors to integrate new technologies and drive innovation.
• Ensure project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones achieved.
• Drive QA through field walks, ENS Network Readiness Checklists, audits, and adherence to data center standards.
• Distribute workload across team based on projections, OKRs, KPIs and priorities.
• Improve operational efficiency by aligning policies and processes with standards.
