Job summary

Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead the deployment of hyperscale data centers. This role directs a team of network engineers and coordinates with partners, vendors, and MSPs to ensure timely project delivery.

The manager will build the team, focus on ownership, speed, quality, and efficiency, and perform hands-on contributions in design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering for large‑scale data center deployments.
• Experience with network incident management, change control, and enterprise tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and regions.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues and provide hands-on guidance.
• Coordinate with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs to deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to integrate new tech.
• Ensure network turn-up timelines and milestones are met.
• Drive QA through field walks, readiness checklists, audits, and standards compliance.
• Distribute workload based on projections, OKRs, KPIs.
• Provide mentorship and career development to team members.
