Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects in Taylor, Texas. You will manage all phases from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in PM for mechanical/HVAC construction, with 5+ years on chilled water or hydronic piping for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in mechanical, piping, industrial, or HVAC construction.
• Minimum 5 years managing chilled water or hydronic piping systems for mission-critical facilities.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from preconstruction through startup, commissioning and turnover.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement.
• Coordinate with engineers on design challenges, review drawings, and interpret specs.
• Manage client relationships, meetings, and executive reporting.
• Oversee safety, quality, and permit/compliance activities.
