Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from planning through turnover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires experience with mission-critical facilities, strong procurement and contract management skills, and a lead-by-example approach to risk and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 7–15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3–5+ years managing mission-critical or data center projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M–$500M+.
• Strong knowledge of data center design, electrical and mechanical systems, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage all data center construction project aspects from site to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.
