Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for a Spartanburg, SC site. This on-site role leads large-scale data center construction, coordinating owners, design teams, contractors and utilities through preconstruction to commissioning and turnover.

The role requires driving safety, schedule, cost control, and quality while leading multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution and client handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing all project delivery phases (preconstruction to closeout).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Experience with change orders, cost controls, risk mitigation, and payment reviews.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and report project status.
