Align is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. You will lead on-site construction management, coordinate trades, ensure quality, and drive safety and schedule adherence for critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in data center construction, strong QA/QC knowledge, and experience with containment, overhead systems, and power distribution.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Proven experience managing white space fit-out / tenant improvement projects in colocation or hyperscale data centers.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge for installations and support systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and delivering projects on schedule.
• Proficient scheduling and budgeting skills; risk management and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site construction management for data center white space fit-out projects.
• Oversee installation of containment systems, overhead cable tray, ladder rack conveyance, and cabinet supports.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Enforce quality control processes and safety standards on site.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress; identify and resolve risks.
• Support commissioning and handover activities at project completion.
