Job summary

LVI Associates seeks an experienced Construction Manager to act as the Owner's Representative on hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will represent the owner, provide on-site oversight, monitor progress and coordinate with GCs, MEP trades, and design teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center construction experience.
• Hyperscale data center experience essential.
• Experience in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with Owner's Rep, GC or major trade contractors.
• Strong understanding of MEP-driven construction.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide on-site oversight across large-scale hyperscale data center projects.
• Monitor construction progress, schedule, quality and site coordination.
• Coordinate closely with GCs, MEP trades, design teams and commissioning stakeholders.
• Identify construction risks, constraints and potential schedule impacts.
• Support project reporting, meetings and issue resolution.
• Ensure contractors are delivering in line with project requirements and owner expectations.
• Travel to active project sites across the US as required.
