Align is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management experience
• Proven experience managing white space fit-out/tenant improvement projects in colocation or hyperscale data centers
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and installation verification

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for data center white space fit-out projects
• Oversee installation of containment systems, overhead cable tray and ladder rack, and cooling infrastructure
• Manage trade contractors and ensure proper sequencing to maintain schedule
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Enforce QC processes to meet design specifications and standards
