Job summary

Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects on-site. You will align scope, schedules, and resources while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor field teams and maintain milestones, collaborating with customers, general contractors, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across complex installations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience managing large-scale data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• 3–5 years in project management, site leadership, or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, OSP/ISP, and low-voltage systems.
• Working knowledge of Division 27/28 systems, commissioning, and QA/QC workflows.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore, and Power BI.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project: serve as the primary site contact for customers, general contractors, and partners, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
• Drive Execution: oversee daily construction activities for hyperscale data center projects and keep milestones on schedule.
• Coordinate Resources: manage staffing, materials, and logistics to meet installation requirements while minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate Across Teams: lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with field staff, clients, and leadership to drive clarity and accountability.
• Maintain Quality & Compliance: ensure adherence to drawings, Division 27/28 specs, QA/QC, and manage submittals/RFIs.
• Lead by Example: mentor Foremen, Field Engineers, and technicians to build capability and growth.
