Qualifications

Minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, with at least 5 years leading electrical, industrial or general construction projects OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in a leadership/PM role.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and driver safety policy compliance.
Relocation assistance available within 50 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA or Urbandale, IA.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling and risk management.
Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff.
Use PM tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Coordinate work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
Manage closeout activities, punch lists, warranty handoff, and ownership transition.
Act as primary on-site contact for EESS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
