Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Construction Manager - Hyperscale in Missouri. The role oversees full delivery from planning to on-site execution, coordinating with trades and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and safety standards are upheld.

Responsibilities include reviewing scope, managing budgets, and coordinating with commercial and support teams. A strong PM background and leadership in large electrical or industrial projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination with leadership.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates outside 50 mile radius of Fenton, MO or New Florence, MO.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope, and timelines during handoff.
• Track milestones and manage deliverables using project management tools.
