Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical, industrial, or general construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resources, and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff.
• Use PM tools to track milestones, manage deliverables and on-site execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Oversee closeout activities including punch lists, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership.
• Act as primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities and safety initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance through cost control, change orders, and risk mitigation.
