Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Construction Manager - Hyperscale to lead full-cycle delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling, on-site execution, and closeout in Cedar Rapids, IA.

You will coordinate with multiple trades, manage risk and change orders, mentor team members, and ensure safety initiatives are followed across all job sites while delivering on customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management or site supervision with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in management preferred.
• Experience coordinating electrical/industrial/general construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Review technical requirements, scope, and timelines at handoffs.
• Track milestones and manage on-site execution using PM tools.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
